To change the color of the Divi theme mobile hamburger icon, you will need to copy and paste this CSS snippet at the very bottom of the Divi theme options page.

span.mobile_menu_bar:before {
color: red !important;
}
Make sure that after you paste the snippet, set the color within the snippet to what suits you. You can use HTML color codes here.
